Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Conditions for a return
Please note that we can only accept returns if:
- The items are in their original condition .
- The items are unworn and unused .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return process
- Contact us by email at info@ellagin.de quoting your order number.
- We will send you the return address and further instructions.
- Please return the goods carefully packaged and, if possible, by registered mail so that you can track the shipment.
Processing & Refund
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) via the original payment method used.
- Processing usually takes place within 1–6 working days .
Damaged or defective items
Should your order arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@ellagin.de In this case, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
