Application in 6 easy steps: quick, safe and effective
1. Prepare skin
Cleanse your face thoroughly and remove makeup as well as any products containing chemical, acidic or reflective ingredients.
2. Prepare the mask
Thread the fastening straps through the side openings of the mask, attach the eye covers and connect the cable.
3. Putting it on and adjusting it
Put on the mask, adjust the Velcro fastener and ensure a secure, comfortable fit.
4. Start treatment
Select the mode and intensity using the controller.
The treatment lasts up to 20 minutes . Remove the mask afterwards.
6. Cleaning and storage
Clean the mask with a clean, dry cloth – do not rinse with water .
Charge it in time so it's ready for the next use.

The ELLAGIN LED mask is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Q2: How long does an application take?

Yes, the application is completely painless.

Q5: How do I clean the mask?
Clean the mask after each use with a soft, dry cloth.
Please do not use liquids or harsh cleaning agents.
After use, the device can be closed and stored immediately. If it gets dirty, clean it with a soft cloth or moist cleaning wipes.

Q7: What do I need to prepare before using it?
1: Please thoroughly cleanse your face before use. If your skin feels dry or tight after cleansing, you can use a moisturizing spray until it is fully absorbed.
2: If you have had sun irritation in the last three days, please do not use the device.
3: A skin test can be performed on the arm before the first use. If no reaction occurs after one hour, you can use the device safely.
4: After cleaning, you can use the device directly. Liquid silicone adheres well to the skin. It is recommended to apply skincare products after treatment to ensure the light effect is not impaired.
5: Not recommended for: Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people with vitiligo, melasma, skin diseases, or very sensitive skin. People with severe myopia should use the device in a well-lit environment.
Q8: Can I use it with a brightening serum?
It is not recommended to use the device in conjunction with lightening skincare products. For best results, use these products after the treatment.
Q9: Why is near-infrared light invisible?
Visible light has a wavelength range of 380–780 nm. Infrared light lies outside this range and is therefore invisible to the human eye.
Furthermore, the human eye's vision is limited by the structure of the retina and the diffraction of light. Longer wavelengths have a lower refractive index and are therefore invisible to the eye.
Q10: What should I do if my skin is red after using it?
Slight warmth, dryness, or slight redness of the skin after application are normal.
Don't worry – simply use more moisturizer to soothe your skin.
Q11: Will my skin become darker after using it?
The device can break down melanin deep within the skin, which may lead to a slight, temporary darkening. This is a normal part of the pigment breakdown process.
This usually disappears within 1-2 weeks.
Use moisturizing masks, creams and sunscreen to support skin regeneration.
Q12: What do I need to pay attention to after using the product?
1: Use a moisturizing mask or ice mask after the treatment.
2: Do not wash your face with hot water on the same day.
3: Use sunscreen consistently for one week.
4: Strengthen the skin barrier with moisturizing or repairing skincare products
5: Do not use any highly irritating products such as the following within 24 hours:
- highly concentrated vitamin C
- Vitamin A / Retinol
- highly concentrated niacinamide
- alcohol or acids
6: People with sensitive skin should be especially careful and only use mild products.
